As far as we are concerned, this represents a drinking wine with plenty of pull and fun which is so indulgent that one bottle is simply not enough to satiate your taste buds. The grapes are harvested when they are not quite ripe. Acidic, light red spice, and light yellow fruit paired with some residual sugar provide a light “cabinet” character with a great deal of quaffability.
