R Rosé
PURE

The grape variety is unfiltered, aged inside large used wooden barrels, and matured inside stainless steel: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder, Regent, Pinot Noir Précoce and Blaufränkisch. We did not consider maturing rosé in the traditional way for many years. However, we were inspired by many good colleagues from France, Austria and Italy, and dared to tackle this project in 2019, laying the groundwork for it beforehand. To us, rosé is a fine, wild red berry fruit with a great deal of quaffability and fun on the palate.
