This special place is somewhat reminiscent of Burgundy or Jura. Solid limestone and an extremely marl-like clay allow even the very youngest of Chardonnay vines to shine through in full force. The wine, which is very deep, spicy with a fine acidity, paired with 100% new wood, is our interpretation of a Chardonnay from the Palatinate.
