We also have Cabernet Sauvignon in the Paradiesgarten directly next to our Pinot Blanc vineyard. The rather cool micro climate and the long ripening period this creates results in a rather cool Cabernet Sauvignon style, similar to the Cabernet Franc from the Loire, albeit without the taste of bell peppers.
